MAGNETIC
NOZZLE:
The magnetic nozzles feature an inner plunger that moves
up and down in the outer nozzle body as a permanent magnet
inside that body is pneumatically moved up and down. This
nozzle type is very easy to clean since there are no drive
parts that are exposed to the product.

MEMBRANE
NOZZLE:
Our standard nozzle on new machines is the membrane
nozzle, also known as the Laminar Flow Nozzle. This
nozzle has the laminar flow vanes cast into the inner
body of the nozzle; so that there is no product agitation
while the inner plunger is opening or closing. This
nozzle is very gentle with the product and can successfully
handle products that tend to foam.
